Dennis M. Hellwig

I am the Senior VP of Fixed Income for Madison Wealth Management. I began my financial services career at McLaughlin, Piven, Vogel Securities on 30 Wall Street in 1990 where I developed a successful Fixed Income portfolio as a young trader. Working for such firms as Oppenheimer & Co at the World Financial Center and Wells Fargo, Inc., I have focused my career on fixed income investments.

With more than 20 years in personal and institutional fixed income, my goal is to preserve principal, provide current income, and offer the potential for capital appreciation to my clients. In both taxable and tax-exempt fixed income portfolios, I utilize a diversified selection of securities. The foundation is a focus not on simple yield, but on total return-current yield plus appreciation.
